Marshmallow Root Tea

Ingredients:

• 1 teaspoon marshmallow root powder
• 1 cup hot water
• Honey or lemon (optional)

Instructions:

1. Add the marshmallow root powder to a cup of hot water.
2. Stir well and let it steep for 5-10 minutes.
3. Strain if desired, and add honey or lemon to taste.
4. Enjoy warm.
