How do you use chakra essential oils?

Chakra oils are used by diluting them in a carrier oil and applying to the pulse points or the body area linked to each chakra, or by adding a few drops to a diffuser during meditation. A common ritual is to apply the oil to its associated point — the base of the spine or soles of the feet for Root, the forehead for Third Eye — while breathing slowly.

For topical use, dilute to around 2% (roughly 12 drops per 30ml of carrier oil), following NAHA guidance. Massage gently into the skin, or simply inhale the aroma directly from the bottle.
