1. Licorice Root Tea
Ingredients:
1 teaspoon licorice root powder
1 cup hot water
Honey or lemon (optional)
Instructions:
Add the licorice root powder to a cup of hot water.
Stir well and let it steep for 5-10 minutes.
Strain if desired, and add honey or lemon to taste.
