Aloe Vera Powder

1. Aloe Vera Face Mask

   • Ingredients:
     • 1 teaspoon aloe vera powder
     • 1 tablespoon honey
     • 1 tablespoon yogurt
   • Instructions:
     1. Mix the aloe vera powder, honey, and yogurt in a small bowl until smooth.
     2. Apply the mixture to your face, avoiding the eye area.
     3. Leave it on for 15-20 minutes.
     4. Rinse off with warm water and pat dry.
   • Notes: This mask helps to soothe, hydrate, and brighten the skin.

2. Aloe Vera Smoothie

   • Ingredients:
     • 1/2 teaspoon aloe vera powder
     • 1 cup coconut water or almond milk
     • 1 banana
     • 1/2 cup pineapple chunks
     • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional)
   • Instructions:
     1. Add all ingredients to a blender.
     2. Blend until smooth.
     3. Pour into a glass and enjoy.
