Technically you could use roll-on essential oils just about anywhere. For maximum benefits, it is best to use 2 to 3 swipes of roll-on behind the ears, on the bottom of the feet, and on the temples or wrists. Shake well before use. Dilution is not required, except for sensitive skin.
