Chakra and Essential Oils
The word 'chakra' refers to one of the seven sites, starting from the root of the spine to the crown of the head. Each Chakra governs its own bodily, emotional and spiritual energy.
Why don't you try to use essential oils to influence each chakra and maintain balance?
-
The Root Chakra (Sandalwood, Patchouli and Cedarwood)
-
The Sacral Chakra (Ylang Ylang, Jasmine and Mandarin)
-
The Solar Plexus Chakra (Bergamot, Cinnamon Bark and Cypress)
-
The Heart Chakra (Geranium, Bergamot and Jasmine)
-
The Throat Chakra (Sweet Orange, Lime and Chamomile Roman)
-
The Third Eye Chakra (Lemon, Lavender and Rosemary)
-
The Crown Chakra (Geranium, Frankincense and Neroli)
Cedarwood has been used to aid meditation throughout the centuries.
Frankincense is one of the most widely regarded essential oils for use in spiritual practice, including meditation.
