1. Burdock Root Tea

   • Ingredients:
     • 1-2 tablespoons dried burdock root
     • 2 cups water
   • Instructions:
     1. Bring water to a boil.
     2. Add the dried burdock root and reduce heat to a simmer.
     3. Simmer for 15-20 minutes.
     4. Strain and drink warm. You can add honey or lemon for taste.
   • Notes: This tea is great for detoxifying and supporting liver health.
